Consumers have 14 calendar days to withdraw and receive a full refund, including after accessing the course. After that period, no voluntary change-of-mind refunds are offered. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

1 Scope
This policy applies to prerecorded, on-demand video courses and accompanying digital materials purchased from structuralglass.org and supplied electronically without a physical medium. Live training, consultancy, software licences and subscriptions are subject to their respective contractual terms.

2 Withdrawal and change of mind refunds
If you purchase as a consumer, you may withdraw within 14 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract without giving a reason and receive a full refund. This right applies even if you have accessed, streamed, downloaded or started watching the course. We do not require you to waive your withdrawal right to obtain immediate access.
After the withdrawal period expires, we do not offer voluntary returns, exchanges or change-of-mind refunds unless expressly agreed. Choosing the wrong course, changing your mind or not having time to complete it does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund after that period. Any statutory extension of the withdrawal period remains unaffected.

3 How to withdraw
Notify us of your decision before the applicable deadline by emailing contact@structuralglass.org or sending a clear written statement to our registered office. It is sufficient to send your notification before the withdrawal period expires. No reason is required. The optional form at the end of this policy may be used, but is not compulsory.
Please provide your name, the course purchased and your order number or purchase email address so that we can identify your order.
You may also withdraw online at: https://forms.gle/qTzTiw58Wde6kuvs9 . If you use this function, we will send you an acknowledgement by email without undue delay, including your withdrawal statement and the date and time it was submitted.

4 Refund processing and access after withdrawal
For a valid statutory withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received under the withdrawn contract without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision. We will not deduct a charge for course access or viewing during the withdrawal period.
Refunds will use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without refund fees. We will not require you to accept store credit instead of a legally owed refund.
Upon withdrawal, your access to the affected course will end. You must stop using and sharing its content and delete any downloaded copies.

5 Content problems and statutory remedies
Our digital content is subject to the applicable legal guarantee of conformity. Please contact us if access is missing, content is defective or the course does not match its contractual description. These rights remain available after the 14-day withdrawal period ends.
Where a remedy is required, we will restore conformity free of charge, without significant inconvenience, within the applicable legal deadline. Under Romanian law, the reasonable remedy period must be agreed in writing and cannot exceed 15 calendar days from notification.
You may be entitled to a proportionate price reduction or termination and reimbursement where the statutory conditions are met, including where correction fails, is impossible, is refused or the defect justifies an immediate remedy. For paid content, a minor defect does not ordinarily justify termination.
If we fail to supply the course, you may request supply. If we do not supply it without undue delay or within an additional period expressly agreed with you, you may terminate the contract. Immediate termination is available where the law permits it, including where we refuse supply or miss an agreed essential delivery date.
Any reimbursement legally owed following a price reduction or termination will be made without undue delay and within 14 days of being informed of your decision to exercise that right. The amount follows the applicable legal rules; for contracts involving supply over a period, this may reflect the period of non-conformity and any prepaid remaining period. No refund fees apply.
Following termination, access to the affected course may be disabled and you must stop using or sharing its content.

6 Business purchases and applicable law
Consumer rights in this policy apply to individuals acting outside their trade, business or profession. Business purchases do not benefit from the consumer cooling-off period. Contractual rights and other mandatory legal remedies remain unaffected.
This policy is governed by Romanian law, including OUG 34/2014 and OUG 141/2021, as amended, which implement relevant EU consumer legislation. Any mandatory protection applicable in a consumer’s country of habitual residence remains unaffected. If this policy conflicts with applicable mandatory law, that law prevails.
